Role OverviewThis position is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for our residents. Servers (Dietary Aides) also assist Cooks in the preparation and service of meals, make connections with residents, are courteous and friendly co-workers, and follow procedures as outlined by state and federal regulations.
What You Will Do
Greets residents to the dining experience warmly and promptly, accurately takes food and drink orders, serves food and drink efficiently and courteously, ensures resident satisfaction, and assists in the preparation of food.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- serving experience preferred but not required
- previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred
- customer service experience preferred
