Role OverviewAs a Server at DraftKings Sports & Social Nashville, you will be responsible for providing outstanding and professional service to guests, taking beverage and food orders, and serving cocktails and menu items. You will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while working in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with coworkers and kitchen staff, monitoring guest behavior, and alerting management to any service or safety issues.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods, and garnishments
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
- Must be courteous, pleasant, and good-natured
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
