Job Description
The Steward Santa Barbara is currently seeking experienced Servers to provide exceptional service to meeting attendees and assist in set up and breakdown of food buffet and events. This is a part-time in-person position with a growing and exciting hotel management company.

Requirements

  • Provide exceptional service to all meeting attendees
  • Understand banquet event orders to assist in set up and breakdown of food buffet and events as needed.
  • Complete prep and side work to enable focused service during event
  • Keep meeting rooms and storage areas clean and well-maintained
  • Welcoming and friendly personality
  • Comply with all state and local food health requirements in addition to brand standards
  • Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule as dictated by business levels
