Role OverviewWe are hiring Servers to provide polished, attentive service and premier dining experiences for Nashville Riverboats. Our team delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.
What You Will Do
Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, maintain polished dining room presentation, and follow all sanitation and hygiene standards.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of serving experience
- 1-2 years of upscale or high-volume experience preferred
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven service environment
- Ability to safely navigate stairs while carrying service items
- Ability to carry and balance service trays or items up to 50 lbs
