Job Description
At Spectrum Retirement Communities, we are looking for a Server to join our team. As a Server, you will help create an incredible dining experience for our residents, build relationships with them, and consistently deliver excellent service.

Requirements

  • Must have a big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
  • Must be able to direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection
  • Must be able to communicate specific resident orders using our state-of-the-art point of sale system
  • Must complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community
  • Must hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum
  • Must have strong customer service presentation
