Role OverviewAs a Server at The Cafe at Mission Pacific, you will be responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. You will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes.
What You Will Do
The right person will be able to memorize the menu items and be knowledgeable about any items that may be out. You will work in a high-energy environment where the standard is genuinely high.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of server experience
- Experience in a full-service or hotel food and beverage environment preferred
- Ability to stand for a minimum 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds
- Strong multitasking ability
- Warm, confident, and professional under pressure
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
- Ability to follow the Hyatt Values during each shift
- Ability to take direction from your Supervisor and leaders
- Open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
