Role OverviewThis Server role is responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.
What You Will Do
You will engage in casual conversation, create the restaurant experience by your style and service attributes, and be able to memorize the menu items and knowledgeable about any items that may be out.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of server experience
- Experience in a full-service or hotel food and beverage environment preferred
- Ability to stand for a minimum 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds
- Strong multitasking ability
- Warm, confident, and professional under pressure
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
- Ability to follow the Hyatt Values during each shift
- Ability to take direction from your Supervisor and leaders
- Open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
