Job Description
Server 1 is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests at Invited, a leading private club operator. The role focuses on consistently applying the 3-steps of service and maintaining high standards of service. The position works closely with team members to provide a seamless dining experience and supports the overall operations of the dining area.

Requirements

  • Maintain high standards of service
  • Provide food and beverage service to members/guests
  • Ensure a complete knowledge of the à la carte menu
  • Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome
  • Assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member/guest experience
  • Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques
  • Complete daily assignments and side work
  • Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
