Role OverviewWe are looking for a Server to join our team at Princeton located at 1701 SE Oldham Parkway, Lee's Summit, MO 64081! As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting residents and making them feel welcome, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. You will also be responsible for prepping tables for service, salads for the next meal, rolling silverware, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include being a Host with the Most, a Peppy Prepper, and a Titan of Tidiness. You will also be responsible for communicating with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents! You must be at least 16 years of age, able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency, and have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
