Job Description
Join Invited, the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, as a Server 2 and help deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests while upholding Invited's service standards.

Requirements

  • Maintain high service standards as outlined in the Invited F&B service training programs.
  • Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring members/guests are served promptly and attentively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Server 1 staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Take responsibility for organizing and maintaining clean, well-stocked workstations and ensuring side work is completed to meet club standards.
  • Support management in addressing member/guest complaints, practicing good service recovery, and ensuring any issues are resolved immediately.
