Role OverviewThe Server 2 serves as the lead in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring Invited's service standards are consistently upheld. This role oversees the coordination and execution of service operations, leading and supporting the Server 1 team to ensure smooth collaboration and optimal dining experiences.
What You Will Do
Maintain high service standards, oversee food and beverage service, ensure comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu and daily specials, and guide Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service. Serve as the primary point of contact for Server 1 staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and effective communication with team members. The Server 2 must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods, and lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
