Role OverviewInvited, the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, is seeking a Server 2 to lead food and beverage service at a club in Haymarket, VA. This role reports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager and is responsible for coordinating service operations and supporting the Server 1 team.
What You Will Do
Oversee food and beverage service to ensure members and guests are served promptly and attentively, manage complex service issues, guide Server 1 team members, collaborate with management on duty assignments, maintain clean workstations, and assist with member/guest complaints.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
