Role OverviewThe Server 2 serves as the lead in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring Invited's service standards are consistently upheld. This role oversees the coordination and execution of service operations, leading and supporting the Server 1 team.
What You Will Do
Maintain high service standards, oversee food and beverage service, ensure comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu, and guide Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
