Role OverviewWe are looking for a Server to work part-time hours, greeting residents, making them feel welcome, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. The Server will be responsible for prepping tables, sweeping floors, and communicating with supervisors and Wellness when necessary.

Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents! The ideal candidate will be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day, and frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- have a positive and energetic attitude
- be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
- be criminally cleared
