Role OverviewWe're looking for a motivated Server Acquisition Specialist to join our Marketplace Supply team. This role sits at the intersection of supply strategy and marketplace efficiency. You'll own supply acquisition for an assigned geographic territory, making sure coverage keeps pace with customer demand.
What You Will Do
You'll source and qualify independent contractors, negotiate custom rates, and stay current on regional market dynamics. You'll also manage a high volume of inbound calls and messages, and conduct structured outreach to newly activated contractors.

Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable spending much of the day making and taking calls
