Job Description
Join us for this exciting opportunity to be part of our opening team at Oribu Restaurant, a new upscale dining destination at Grand Hyatt Washington. As a Server Assistant, you will assist the Server in taking care of guests, clearing and setting-up tables, and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, can lift moderate weight, and has flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including on stairs
  • Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred
