Role OverviewThe Server Assistant will provide support to the front-of-house team, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. The individual will assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting, deliver food and beverages, maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, and adhere to health and safety standards.
What You Will Do
Assist the Server in service to assigned tables, bus tables and clean work areas as needed, anticipate guest needs, run food from kitchen to table, roll silverware & polish glasses, and prepare non-alcoholic beverages.

Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in a medium range to fine dining Food & Beverage role

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight for an extended period of time
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to meet high performance expectations of a Michelin star restaurant
