Job Description
The Server Assistant - Main Dining Room role at The Modern restaurant involves supporting the Service team, setting up the dining room, and working with the Expeditor to deliver food to guests. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a guest-facing restaurant role or runner position, and be able to lift objects up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a guest-facing restaurant role or runner position
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
  • English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
