Become a Server Assistant at Park Hyatt Aviara, a luxury resort in San Diego, and provide exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. Assist servers, communicate effectively, and maintain orderliness and safety guidelines. Experience in luxury resorts is preferred.

Requirements

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and thorough understanding of guest services
  • Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred
  • Must possess a professional presentation
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
