Job Description
We are seeking a Server Assistant (Busser) to join our team at Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa. This individual will maintain the organization of service spaces and provide support to the F&B team to exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

  • Ensure all server stations are properly stocked before, during, and after service
  • Maintain the dining room is properly cleaned and set for each service period
  • Provide initial water service to assigned tables
  • Actively pre-bus tables and provide water refills
  • Polish and restock glassware and silver in downtime
  • Break down dining room at end of service
  • Dispose of dirty linen and recycling from the dish station at end of shift
