Job Description
Miraval Berkshires is seeking a Server Assistant (Busser) part-time seasonal to maintain the organization of service spaces and provide support to the Food & Beverage team.

Requirements

  • Ensure that all server stations are properly stocked before, during, and after service
  • Provide initial water service to assigned tables
  • Actively pre-bus tables and provide water refills
  • Polish and restock glassware and silver in down time
  • Break down dining room at end of service
  • Dispose of dirty linen and recycling from the dish station at end of shift
