Job Description
Serve as a part-time seasonal Server Assistant (Busser) at Miraval Berkshires, maintaining service spaces and supporting the Food & Beverage team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Ensure server stations are properly stocked
  • Provide initial water service to assigned tables
  • Clean and reset guest tables
  • Communicate available tables to the greeter
  • Keep server station cleaned and stocked
  • Assist in delivering food to guest tables
  • Actively pre-bus tables and provide water refills
  • Polish and restock glassware and silver in down time
  • Break down dining room at end of service
  • Dispose of dirty linen and recycling from the dish station at end of shift
