Server Assistant

Requirements

• Assists servers in providing efficient service by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests and keeping BOH areas clean, organized and stocked.
• Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner’s chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
• Sets tables in accordance with facility standards.
• Answers members’ questions about ingredients and menu items.
• Informs managers about customers’ feedback or requests.
• Ensures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket.
• Delivers food orders from the kitchen to members’ tables rapidly and accurately.
• Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course.
• Keeps work stations clean and well stocked of items and ingredients.
• Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
