Role OverviewThe Server Assistant plays an essential role in creating a seamless guest experience by supporting servers, maintaining tables and stations, assisting with food and beverage service, and anticipating the needs of both guests and the service team.
What You Will Do
Assist servers, prepare the dining room, maintain clean and organized service stations, ensure tables are properly set, provide water service, deliver bread and condiments, assist with food running, clear and reset tables, and maintain table cleanliness.

Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Fine-dining or upscale restaurant experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to remain composed and professional during high-volume service
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to follow direction and respond positively to coaching
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to safely carry trays, plates, glassware, and restaurant supplies
