Job Description
Become part of a premiere destination location at Park Hyatt Aviara, a AAA Five-Diamond luxury resort in Carlsbad, San Diego. As a Server at Water's Edge, you will be responsible for submitting guest menu selections, presenting food and beverage preferences, and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server
  • Professional presentation
  • Outstanding guest services skills
  • Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
