Job Description
Cocktail servers are responsible for submitting and presenting guest beverage selections, maintaining an attractive setting, and providing efficient service. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of libations.

Requirements

  • 2 years fine dining service experience
  • Excellent multitasking, customer service, able to finish all compliance trainings in a timely manner, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes, types of alcohol, and common alternatives for customers with allergies or special requests
  • Experience with POS and credit card systems
  • Cash handling skills
  • Flexible schedule (weekends, holidays)
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
