Job Description
Serve guests in a hospitality environment, providing superior service and handling food and beverage orders, while maintaining an organized workstation and following established standards.

Requirements

  • Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating
  • Describe specials of the day to guests
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed
  • Maintain an organized workstation and side work duties
  • Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system
  • Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
  • Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques
  • Practice tray service for all food and beverage service
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
  • Perform other duties as required
