Server

We are looking for a Server to join our team at Princeton located at 1701 SE Oldham Parkway, Lee's Summit, MO 64081. The Server will be responsible for greeting residents, making them feel welcome, and fostering an environment where residents can connect.

What You Will Do

The Server will be responsible for prepping tables for service, salads for the next meal, rolling silverware, and bussing tables. They will also need to communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed.

We are looking for someone with a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents! The ideal candidate will be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day, and frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
• Must have a positive and energetic attitude
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
• Must be criminally cleared
