Server

As a Server at Invited, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects Invited's service standards. This role focuses on consistently applying the 3-steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Server works closely with team members to provide a seamless dining experience and plays an integral role in maintaining member satisfaction and retention.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of service, providing food and beverage service to members/guests, greeting members by name, and handling member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
• Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
