Server

As a server at Flagship Restaurant Group, you will provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests, be well-versed in all areas of food, beverages, and steps of service, and use the Toast point-of-sale system efficiently. You will collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and address guest feedback with a positive attitude. You will also adhere to the employee code of conduct to support a safe, positive, and respectful work environment.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy, as well as maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. You will also be expected to assist in other areas as needed and address guest feedback with a positive attitude.
