Role OverviewJoin our team as a Server at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, where you'll be responsible for providing a superior level of guest satisfaction through food and beverage services in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. As a Server, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about creating extraordinary experiences for guests and associates alike. Our property features 50,000 square feet of year-round, indoor/outdoor waterpark excitement, two championship golf courses, WELL Spa and fitness center, Mountain Top Ski Park, award-winning restaurants, and 1300 acres of picturesque grounds.
What You Will Do
As a Server, your responsibilities will include greeting guests and explaining specials & promotions, understanding the menu, recording and inputting guest orders, retrieving and delivering orders, replenishing beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for collecting payment, thanking guests, and inviting them to return.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old to serve alcohol
- Prior service experience
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and etiquette
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to lift and transport trays up to 30 lbs.
