Server

A Sava’s Server is responsible for creating a genuine and relaxed hospitality experience for guests. They must be able to welcome guests warmly, establish a connection, and guide them through the menu while maintaining strong menu knowledge and situational awareness. Servers are expected to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and maintain composure under pressure.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of a Sava’s Server include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized table. Servers must also be able to communicate effectively with guests and the support team, resolve small concerns immediately, and thank guests sincerely.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Demonstrate professional, confident, and polished communication
• Be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of guests
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
• Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
• Be willing to receive coaching and immediately apply feedback
• Demonstrate a team-first attitude
