What You Will Do
Servers tell stories about local farmers, ideas, or concepts (farm to table, repurposing, locally sourcing, cooking techniques, craft cocktail techniques) and inform guests of specialized products. They guide the guest experience using persuasion, not pressure, to craft memorable visits, and demonstrate urgency, initiative, and competitive drive.

Candidates should have 2 years of upscale service preferred, craft cocktail and whiskey knowledge preferred, high volume experience preferred, and a love for food with deep food knowledge.
