Requirements

  • Two to three years of experience as a server
  • Fining dining experience preferred
  • Food handling certificate (preferred)
  • Certificate in alcoholic awareness program (preferred)
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages and 21 to pour
  • Ability to obtain required licenses (alcoholic, liquor)
