Server

As a server at Dawson's Steakhouse, you will be responsible for submitting guest menu selections, presenting food and beverage preferences, and creating a restaurant experience through your style and service attributes. You will engage in casual conversation, gain menu knowledge, and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.

What You Will Do

Your duties will include general restaurant preparation, maintaining a sanitary environment, and working a flexible schedule for PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements

• 3 years of Serving experience in a fine-dining setting or equivalent
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule for PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Strong hospitality skills and working knowledge of fine dining steps of service
• Proficiency with wine, spirits and cocktails
