Server

As a restaurant server at Hyatt, you will be responsible for submitting guest menu selections, presenting food and beverage preferences, and creating a memorable dining experience. You will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations to guests.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include general restaurant preparation, maintaining a sanitary environment, and engaging in casual conversation with guests to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Refined verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule for PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Strong hospitality skills and working knowledge of fine dining steps of service
• Proficiency with wine, spirits, and cocktails
• At least 3 years of serving experience in a fine-dining setting or equivalent
