Role OverviewWe are a high-volume restaurant in Uptown Charlotte, NC, looking for charismatic servers to join our crew. As a server, you will guide guests through our curated oyster programs and seasonal seafood menu with expert knowledge, efficiently manage a fast-moving station, and work in lockstep with our bar and kitchen teams.

Curate the experience for guests, master the pace, collaborate with teams, and be an expert on local purveyors and sustainable fishing practices.
