Job Description
As a Server at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you are the face of the guest experience. You will be responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.

Requirements

  • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience
  • Greet guests promptly and warmly and guide them through the menu
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and in accordance with service standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
  • Collaborate with bussers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
