Job Description
Chatham Ridge is seeking servers to assist in the preparation, oversight, and serving of meals in a high-quality, cutting-edge Independent Living Community.
Requirements
Prepares and/or pre-ports food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu and production sheets
Handles food using proper food handling and food safety techniques
Ensures that food is served in an attractive, appetizing manner
Maintains the proper temperature of food during preparation and service
Follows procedures for serving partner meals
Communicates well with patients/residents/clients and family members
