Role OverviewWe are looking for a Server to join our team at Vitalia Montrose. The Server will be responsible for greeting residents, making them feel welcome, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. The Server will also be responsible for prepping tables, salads, and other meal service tasks, as well as maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

Requirements
- be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- have a positive and energetic attitude
- be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- be able to assist persons after a fall
- be criminally cleared
