Role OverviewAs a Service Advisor, you will be a key member of our service team, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Requirements
- At least 2 + years experience as a Service Advisor in a high volume dealership setting
- Experience with Jaguar/Land Rover brand
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
