Role OverviewMoove is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient AV Service Advisor to serve as the operational bridge between Field Operations and the Maintenance organization. This role is critical to maximizing fleet uptime by ensuring precise technical triage, disciplined documentation, and intelligent prioritization of service work across a 24/7 autonomous vehicle operation.
What You Will Do
The AV Service Advisor is responsible for orchestrating service workflows, validating technical documentation, and enforcing safety and quality standards while balancing immediate operational needs with long-term fleet health.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive service advising, fleet maintenance coordination, or dealership service operations
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Post-secondary education in Automotive Technology, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus
- Previous technician experience or strong mechanical aptitude is highly preferred to support technical triage, RCA, and technician feedback
