Job Description
Stateline Subaru of Somerset is looking for a Service Advisor to join their winning team. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience as an automotive service writer, with strong customer service and communication skills. The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling and selling vehicle service work, identifying and upselling additional required repairs or maintenance, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience as an automotive service writer
  • Organized and superior customer service skills
  • Time management skills
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Subaru experience preferred
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
