Job Description
The Service Advisor will create estimates, process warranties, and communicate with customers and technicians, with responsibilities including preparing repair estimates, coordinating with parts and service departments, and maintaining accurate records in the DMS. The Service Advisor will also be cross-trained to work the service desk and process repair orders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in heavy-duty truck, automotive, or equipment service estimating preferred
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, truck systems, and repair procedures preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
