Job Description
The Service Advisor is responsible for supporting the Service Manager, Service Team, and Customers in day-to-day operations, including scheduling and distribution of work, utilizing Service Scheduler and other tools to generate and manage work orders, and providing clear and precise instructions on work orders to technicians. Responsibilities also include promoting the sale of additional labor services, parts and accessories, and ensuring accurate invoices and organized service repair orders.

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • Customer service experience
