What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for service clients from check-in through vehicle delivery, build and maintain long-term client relationships, clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs, coordinate with technicians and service leadership, and utilize CDK and CRM tools to manage repair orders.
