Role OverviewAs a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs, communicating with customers and technicians, and administering manufacturer warranties. You will work in a team-focused environment, providing exemplary customer service and maintaining customer records.
What You Will Do
Develop estimates, write repair orders, and communicate with customers about service needs and expenses. Administer manufacturer warranties and keep customers informed of service specials and completion times.

Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Prior experience as an automotive technician
