Role OverviewWe are seeking high energy individuals to be a part of our Service Advisor team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a can do attitude, strong listening and communication skills, a team spirit, ability to multi-task and some automotive experience.
What You Will Do
Greeting customers and assisting them with service needs, consulting with technicians about needed repairs and recommendations on customers' vehicles, answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
