The Service Advisor is responsible for providing support to the Service Manager, Service Team, and Customers. The role includes assisting with scheduling and distribution of work, using manufacturer flat rate guides, and promoting the sale of additional labor services, parts and accessories.

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Knowledge of marine or boat repair industry
