Requirements

  • Prioritize member demands while providing impeccable member service
  • Guide members to specialized team members for further assistance or final resolutions as needed
  • Identify opportunities and recommend products and services to members
  • Must be licensed with NMLS & Registry
  • Obtain notary within established timeframe to assist with requests
  • Conduct cash handling and transaction processing accurately
